- Terms and Conditions are Binding on all Purchases
A.All orders are deemed offers for You to purchase our products or/and services. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory email and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in Your order. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on Your assent to these Terms and The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP Privacy Policy.
B.The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honouring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar You from making or completing any or all sale transaction(s); and (iv) refuse to provide You with any product or service.
C.You agree that by placing an order on the Website, You are entering into a binding contract with The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP and agree to pay all charges and taxes that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping, taxes and handling charges.
- Product Information and Inventory
Excluding any content that may be submitted by You from time to time, The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP strives to ensure that the information on the Website is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies, which The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP may correct without liability. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP also reserves the right to limit quantities purchased by You and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged). The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP does not guarantee that all products described on the Website will be available.
- Payment
All payments must be received by The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP prior to shipment of Order. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP accepts payment by net banking, credit card, debit card and accepts cash on delivery at an additional charge of INR 40.00 or 1.60% of product bill value whichever is higher.
- Order Processing
A. Subject to Clause 7 (b), orders received are usually processed within 5-6 Business Days. For the purpose of this Terms, the term “Business Days” shall mean, a day not being a Saturday and Sunday, on which banks in India are open for normal banking business.
B.The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP provides expedited shipping.
- Shipping and Handling
A.Subject to the return of products under Clause 9 (a)(i), The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP offers standard shipping all over India on all pre-packed boxes. For the purpose of this clause 8, pre-packed boxes shall mean and include such boxes, bags and packages that are curated, designed and packed by The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP exclusively. Standard shipping and express shipping options are available on all products, based on availability, and shall be charged in addition to the price of selected product. Such shipping fees shall be as displayed on product checkout. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP does not ship any of its products outside India.
B. You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP is not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon product(s) delivery or service rendered to You.
C. Shop orders will ship within 6-8 Business Days of being processed as per clause 7 for all in-stock items. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP will email your tracking information as soon as possible.
- Return of Products and Replacements
- The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP offers a 1-week replacement warranty for all products sold on its Website, under certain conditions mentioned herein below:i.You will notify The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, packaging defect, incomplete packaging, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for a return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP.ii.The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website.iii.In the event that You fail to inform The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP within the stipulated time frame and condition set out in Clause 9(a)(i), The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement request at its sole discretion.iv.The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP will replace/repair the defective product depending upon the warranty of the product at no extra cost. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the returned product is out of stock/production.v.You acknowledge that the return and replacement policy is not valid for certain products, including not limited to boxes customized by you, complimentary gifts, food items.
- Refund Policy
A.You understand and acknowledge that all sales are final and B.that there shall be no refund of any payment under any event whatsoever.
- Order Changes and Cancellation
A. Any product additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order TAls.
B. The AYSO ENTERPRISE LLP may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
C. Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The Policy herein shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or/and relating to the Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
